To pursue the highest quality of interaction with your talisman/jewlery, avoid wearing it during harsh activities and immersing it in chemicals. If needed, All metals can be shined & cleansed through any polishing method.

When does my package ship?/When will I receive my jewelry?
Each package is shipped 1-3 days after the order is purchased. All orders are sent out through UPS ground shipping, which takes around 2-5 days for the package to arrive at its location after its sent out. Tracking numbers will be sent via email after the order is shipped.
During transition, I am not liable for any items lost in the mail although I will humbly do everything in my power to help you & track it down if needed. This problem has yet to occur so I stand by this notion.
Custom/Wholesale
Are you available for custom jewelry?
I am not available to take custom jewelry inquires for many reasons. One being, I am one working women show & have many creative ideas that would like to be expressed with only a certain amount of time in the day. I recognize & honor the desire for others to have a custom piece & do occasionally offer time spaces to which these are available. If so, they will be announced through here & my social media platforms. Otherwise, All jewelry pieces for sale are always available on my website during scheduled shop updates,which are announced through the front page of my website+my social media platforms as well.

Each piece by MysticPetalRose is hand crafted within uniquely designed expressions of intuitive art. If you are truly dissatisfied with your piece, Please reach out as I am always open to cocreating balance within every costumers needs. Although I do not offer exchanges or refunds if one has purchased something based on a lack of knowledge for their own jewelry size. For specific reasons, My jewelry pieces cannot be resized as they are created on a dynamically specific designs. Please know your jewelry size prior to any purchase. You can find sizing on your personal ring+bracelet width by simply going to any local jewelry shop & asking to be freely sized.
Repairs
Remember that all artisan jewelry pieces are originally hand made & one of a kind. Caring for your piece delicately, consciously & continually is needed to keep up its highest state. Stones / Metals
All of the stones & natural crystals I work with are 100% authentic from reputable sources of local stone shops, gem shows & lapidary artists (stone cutters). Underneath each product on my website, I always state the type of stone & its elements for those interested. If any further insight is desired on a specific piece+stone, Email me directly about such & I will answer+direct you to the correct knowledge to the best of my ability.
All of the precious metals I work with are sourced from a reputable & high quality world wide jewelry supplier as well.
